What you will need

Personal information

Full legal name, date of birth, Social Security Number (for background/credit check), and government-issued photo ID.

Employment and income

Employer name and contact, monthly income, and 2 recent pay stubs or proof of income. We require income of at least 3x monthly rent.

Rental history

Previous addresses for the last 3 years, landlord names and contact numbers for reference checks.

Application fee

A non-refundable application fee covers the cost of background and credit checks. Each adult applicant (18+) must apply separately.

What are the screening criteria?

We check credit score (600+ preferred), criminal background, eviction history, income verification (3x rent minimum), and previous landlord references.

How long does the process take?

Most applications are processed within 24-48 hours. Complex cases may take up to 3 business days.

Do you accept pets?
